Ordering
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our products, select the item you wish to purchase, and add it to your cart.
Once you're ready to checkout, click on your cart and enter your personal details, such as your name, email, and shipping address.
After that, click “Place Order” and you’ll be redirected to our secure payment portal to complete your payment.
You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours if they haven’t been shipped yet.
After this period, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for returning unwanted items.

Delivery
Where do you deliver, and which carrier do you use?
We deliver to customers across the United States and selected international destinations.
Deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partners, ensuring reliable and timely shipping.
What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (local time) on business days (Monday – Friday) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.
How long does delivery take?
Our estimated delivery time, including handling and transit, is 6–9 business days.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, followed by 5–7 business days of transit time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, including:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
All transactions are encrypted and processed safely through Shopify’s PCI DSS–compliant payment gateway.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, using advanced SSL encryption to ensure your data is protected.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, contact us at contact@virashoper.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return address for your package.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Funds are credited back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to complete processing.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email contact@virashoper.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
