30-Day Return Policy
At Virashoper, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, our team will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team with your order details and clear photo(s) as proof.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please submit your claim within 5 business days of delivery.
Wrong Items Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us with your order information and photo(s) of what you received. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised products (e.g. special orders, personalised items)
- Personal care goods (such as certain beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to:
- Return the item you have, following the process above
- Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds & Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A shipping method with a track & trace system is required. Please send the package only to the address provided by our Customer Support team when your return is approved.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
